2 JAN 2006	Rick authorized to consult with Michael King and advise the president, that the president is authorized to continue the English country dance, reduce it to once a month, or cancel it Minutes of April 2005 and October 2005 approved Treasury report: balance $4,613.88 All current directors relected for 2006 Approved additin to bylaws: Section 4-(d) Directors may attend meetings remotely with full rights of participation, including voting, provided that each director has been able to participate fully in the entire discussion of the issue being voted upon. Dancer survey shall be conducted regarding moving the third Sunday dance time from 7:00-10:00 to 6:30-9:30
